CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE BIN AT A TIME ?
Of course, you can order as many bins as you require
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE DELIVERY ?
Thats ok, just add notes in ‘additional informationʼ at time of booking with instructions as to where you would like your bin left, making sure to leave your empty bin out for us to collect.
WHAT SPECIES OF FIREWOOD DO YOU SELL?
All our firewood is fully seasoned Australian native hardwoods, sustainably sourced, consisting of Qld vintage red Ironbark, Red Gum, Spotted Gum & Blackbutt.

Simply re-order and we will deliver you new full bin and take the empty one away.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
We endeavour to get your Firewood Bin delivered to you asap. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Throughout September our deliveries will be reduced to each fortnight.
From October to April we deliver only every third weekend of the month
CAN I BOOK OVER THE PHONE?
Yes just call us on 1300 58 59 60 and you can book over the phone.
DO I OWN THE BIN?
No the bin is on loan to you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes. On your first order a fully refundable deposit of $49 is charged. This covers the cost of the bin. On any subsequent orders you do not need to pay a deposit and we swap your empty bin for a full one. When you no longer want to use the service and your bin has been returned we will refund your deposit in full.

HOW DO I RETURN THE BIN?
Return your bin for zero charge
You can return your bin to the depot for no charge. The depot address for return is 19 Cumbalum Road, Cumbalum, NSW, 2478
Bin Collection Service
Here at Wheelie Hot Wood, we have a Bin Collection service for a small fee. The majority of our customers keep their bin for the next time they order however if you would like to take advantage of our Bin collection service you can do so by purchasing here. Please allow 14 days for your Bin Collection Service to be booked. Click here
