Refund policy


We provide refunds for the bin deposit once a bin is returned to us. 

Return your bin for zero charge

You can return your bin to the depot for no charge.  The depot address for return is 19 Cumbalum Road, Cumbalum, NSW, 2478 

Bin Collection Service

Here at Wheelie Hot Wood, we have a Bin Collection service for a small fee. The majority of our customers keep their bin for the next time they order however if you would like to take advantage of our Bin collection service you can do so by purchasing here. Please allow 14 days for your Bin Collection Service to be booked. Click here

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
